I glean that the message here refers to the importance of Ifa divination in our lives, represented by the palm tree. Later in the verse, it states that "palm tree's affair is most important clearly"; palm tree comes from the palm nuts that are used in divination.  Ifa is of primary importance and should be of primary importance in the life of the client if this verse comes up for divination.  I would recommend a hand of Ifa for this person.
